Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging
  • You must provide the order number or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., printed T-shirts, mugs)
  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)

How to Return an Item

Email our support team at plughub.sb@outlook.com with your order details and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and an address.

Ship the item back using a trackable courier.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method

You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please include photos for faster resolution.
